Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we are asked most often, about who we serve, how the service works, and what we do and do not do.

Eazy Landing is a premium newcomer concierge and soft-landing service. We coordinate the practical side of arriving in Canada: relocation planning, arrival day support, accommodation coordination, first-week essentials and settling-in services, so the transition feels organized rather than overwhelming.

Students arriving in Canada for university or college, parents sending a child to study in Canada, families relocating, and professionals or individuals who need reliable assistance getting settled.

No. Much of our early work is with clients arriving from a similar home country, and parts of the service are designed around that transition. That said, our services support newcomers arriving from anywhere in the world, so clients from every country are welcome to get in touch.

Yes. The Student Landing Package is designed specifically for students arriving in Canada, including the first-week practical setup that makes the start of a study term much easier.

Yes. This is one of the most common ways we work. Parents in your home country can arrange and pay for a landing package on behalf of a child arriving in Canada, and we keep parents informed as the arrival happens.

Yes. Airport pickup coordination and private transportation arrangements are part of our Arrival Day services. Pickup is arranged through transportation providers and confirmed with you before departure.

We work with furnished accommodation providers and other housing partners to help clients secure suitable temporary accommodation after arrival. We coordinate the search and the handover. Availability, pricing and terms are set by the providers, and housing cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Family relocation is one of our core services, including accommodation coordination, transportation, groceries, household setup, school-area orientation and service-provider referrals.

No. Eazy Landing provides relocation and concierge support only. We are not an immigration law firm, immigration consultant or visa processing agency, and we do not provide immigration advice or handle visa applications. Immigration advice and applications should be handled by appropriately licensed professionals.

The earlier the better, ideally six to twelve weeks before arrival. That gives time to confirm accommodation and transportation, and to build a landing plan that is ready before you fly. That said, we will always tell you honestly what is achievable for a shorter timeline.

Yes. The packages we publish are starting points. Most clients adjust the contents after their consultation, adding services, removing services, or combining two packages into something that fits their arrival.

Our published services are concentrated in and around the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga and Oakville. We can discuss other Canadian cities on request. Availability depends on our partner network in that location, and we will tell you clearly what is possible.

Every landing plan is quoted individually. You will receive a written breakdown of services and costs before committing, and payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Pricing is not published on this website because it depends on your arrival, destination and the services you choose.

Yes. Settling-in services and optional ongoing concierge support are available after arrival, from longer-term housing searches and household setup to local referrals and everyday practical assistance.

Immigration questions. Eazy Landing provides relocation coordination and concierge services. We are not an immigration law firm, immigration consultant or visa processing agency. Immigration advice and applications should be handled by appropriately licensed professionals.
