Eazy Landing provides relocation coordination and concierge services for individuals, students and families arriving in Canada. We are not an immigration law firm, immigration consultant or visa processing agency.
We coordinate and facilitate services, including through trusted third-party providers where appropriate. Where a service is delivered by a third-party provider, that provider is responsible for the service itself, and their own terms, pricing and availability apply.
We do not provide immigration advice, visa or permit applications, or representations to any government body. We do not guarantee acceptance into any educational institution, the availability of any accommodation, or any specific outcome. Immigration advice and applications should be handled by appropriately licensed professionals.
All services are quoted individually in writing. A quote sets out the services included, the price and the payment terms. Work begins once the quote is accepted and any required deposit is received. Pricing depends on your arrival date, destination, the number of people relocating and the services selected.
Arrival plans change, and we will work with you where we can. Cancellation and change terms are set out in your quote, and may be affected by the terms of third-party providers who have already been engaged on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate and timely information about your arrival, and to hold any documentation required to enter and remain in Canada. Eazy Landing is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate information or from immigration decisions made by any authority.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid to us for the services in question. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
