When you contact us or complete a consultation request, we collect the information you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the country and city you are relocating from and to, your expected arrival date, your client type, the number of people relocating, and details of the services you are interested in.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a landing plan and quote, coordinate the services you ask us to arrange, and keep you informed about your arrival. We do not sell your personal information.
Where you ask us to arrange a service, for example transportation, accommodation or cleaning, we share only the details necessary for that provider to deliver the service. Those providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Consultation requests submitted through our booking form are collected using a third-party form service, and website analytics may be collected using a third-party analytics provider. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
